While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. Terms of Service
"The Cobalt-Phoenix Project", hereafter shall be referred to as "TCPP", ...
The TCPP staff (administrators and moderators) has exclusive responsibility and right to arbitrate and enforce this Policy. You agree that moderator decisions are final and are binding to all members.
I. User Accounts You are allowed to create one (1) account here. You agree that if you make more than one account here for reasons other than extreme technical difficulty, the staff has the right to ban all of your accounts and even ban your IP address. The only members allowed to make another account here are administrators for testing purposes. WARNING: Accounts that are not activated in 30 days after creation WILL BE DELETED; accounts that have not been active for over one (1) year MAY BE DELETED if little to no posts are made with the account. Deletions may occur with or without notice. Deletions are at the sole discretion of Cobalt∞Phoenix.
II. Member Conduct As a member, you agree that you are to behave in a manner that is at most semi "family friendly" (R rated, but NOT X rated content). You also agree that you may not do anything to impersonate a staff member, this includes using avatars that are similar to the staff's, using a staff member's display/user name, acting as a staff member or anything else that may be interpreted as you being a staff member. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). Under less severe conditions, you'll be warned by the staff on your conduct.
III. Membership Obligations
Upon registering for membership of TCPP, you represent that you are not a person legally barred from receiving Member Services under the laws of any local or international jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and true information about yourself, including information marked as "Optional" on the Registration Form.
If you use a personal photograph, you also understand that the personal photograph on your member user page must be an actual photograph of yourself and that any other image used will be deleted without warning. If you wish to just use avatars, you may, but nothing X rated. X rated avatars will be deleted without warning.
You agree to be solely responsible for all materials submitted to TCPP. You understand that you are prohibited from submitting or posting any information or material of any kind that is or encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense, incurs civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national, or international law. You understand that by submitting your work to TCPP, you grant TCPP the unlimited right to store, present, redistribute, republish, or reformat materials to other TCPP members pursuant of this Policy. TCPP does not claim ownership of any kind of any of the materials submitted by its members, and you understand that TCPP is not legally responsible to any of materials submitted.
You understand that TCPP will access and disclose your account and all information and materials you have submitted if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action will be necessary to comply with a legal process, protect members of TCPP, enforce the Policy, or respond to your requests or claims.
IV. IP Addresses Under NO circumstances may you alter you IP address to elude the system. If you are found doing this (and you will be found out), the staff will ban your account and may even notify your ISP (Internet Service Provider). DO NOT ALTER YOUR IP!!! If you are masking your IP address, you will be considered to be hiding something (not just your IP) and you will be banned! Note that if you're banned, you will not be allowed back.
V. Forums Upon registering for TCPP, you agree that you are not to post spam or meaningless content, unless you are in the "Everything and Anything" thread, but you may not SPAM. That thread is for general conversation ONLY. You agree NOT to flame other members or staff members, you acknowledge that doing so may result in disciplinary action by the staff. You also acknowledge that threads with the last post being over 1 month old is considered "dead". You may not post in such threads. Doing so will result in the thread being forcefully closed.
VI. Art TCPP allows you to submit your art work for display and recognition. When you submit art work, you must make a thread under the "Art Gallery"' sub-categories in their appropriate place. You should give at least a little bit of information on your work, you should give detailed information as you write. Posts lacking detail will be assumed as ripped art work and deleted. Upon submitting your art work here, you acknowledge that wallpapers MUST BE YOUR OWN work. If you submit art work that is not your own, the administrators and moderators have the right to delete your submission thread and you may be warned by the staff.
VII. Literature TCPP also allows members to post their written stories and poems etc. in the "Literature" forum. The literature MUST be your own OR you MUST GIVE CREDIT to the one who wrote the poem, story etc. You agree not to post X-Rated material in the "Literature" forum, because we do not allow X-Rated material. R-Rated is fine.
VIII. Reviews You must write your own original reviews. You may not use reviews found on third-party websites or online communities. All content in reviews must be your own work.
IX. Reporting You, as a member are encouraged to report any major offenses to the administrators. When doing so, please provide a print screen of the offense.
By using the services here, you agree to this policy and agree to abide by it.
